• Snapshot metadata (no raw training data stored without consent)
• Technical logs for debugging and service improvement

Your data is used solely for:

• Providing evaluation infrastructure and snapshot management
• Generating quality metrics and telemetry streams
• Improving service reliability and performance
• Customer support and troubleshooting

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure supports on-premise deployment for customers with strict data residency requirements.

4. Data Retention

Snapshots and evaluation data are retained according to your subscription plan. You maintain full control to delete snapshots and associated metadata at any time through the SDK or dashboard.

5. Third-Party Services

Yonvs integrates with external services based on your configuration:

• Cloud storage providers (AWS S3, GCS, Azure Blob)
• LakeFS for data versioning (if configured)
• Authentication providers (SSO, OAuth)

You control which services are used through SDK configuration and can opt for local Docker fallback.

You have the right to:

• Access your data and evaluation history
• Request data deletion or export
• Opt out of analytics and telemetry
• Update or correct your information
